The Villa is located a walking distance from the crowded streets of Saranda, but is surrounded by shops and food which creates a cozy environment during the day and a vibrant atmosphere during the evening.
The facilities are modest but is well compensated by the service which makes one feel part of the family.

Perfect location! A little away (15 min walk) from the busiest part of Saranda, so not crowded or loud, but still near lots of beaches, grocery stores (Spar 1 minute away), bars, restaurants, etc. It's also only a short walk to the port to catch the ferry, which was great since we had to catch an early ferry to Corfu after we checked out. Also, it's only a 3 min walk from Era Beach, which is a beautiful and calm private beach where you can pay for a sun lounger and spend a lovely day. There's also a washing machine for laundry, which was great.
The first room we stayed in was comfortable and very clean.
There was a mix up with our reservation, so when we arrived the room we booked for two nights was not available. The owners took us to a different room than we had booked and asked if we could please stay there for one night, and then move into the room we booked for the second might. The room they moved us into was nice, but it was inconvenient to have to move rooms midway during a 2-night stay, especially because they asked us to leave one room in the middle of the day to accommodate their housekeeping schedule. Also, most of the staff do not speak English, so we had trouble communicating about it.
In the second room, the bathroom wasn't nice and there was no desk. The shower was old and the room got smelly. Also, electricity went out twice while we were in the second room, although it always came back shortly--it seems as though maybe the electrical system for the building isn't designed well for the number of rooms it has.
