L'appartamento si presenta ben curato, spazioso e con l'occorrente per cucinare, farsi un caffè, presenta lavatrice, lavastoviglie e frigorifero oltre che microonde. In bagno c'è una grande doccia con prodotti per lavarsi i capelli e il corpo oltre che un phon (non quelli da albergo ma un phon VERO). Possibilità di parcheggio nella corte condominiale e vicino a pasticceria/bar diverse catene di fast food.
Un po' scomodo che quando si attivano i termosifoni si gonfino le porte e risultino difficili da chiudere nelle stanze/bagno se non impossibili. Per il resto nulla da segnalare.
