The apartment is wonderful, very spacious, plenty space for an entire family. Everything you need for a weekend stay was there. Beds were comfortable, apartment had lots of light and good energy. Excellent location with walking distance to everything in the center. Beautiful place, will stay again next time we are in Riga.
Mom couldn’t sleep all night because it was so noisy all around. But it has nothing to do with the apartment. When you rent a place in the city center you have to consider Saturday night parties and noise.

Asukoht oli otse raekoja kõrvaltänaval. Mõistliku hinnaga parkimine. Väga suur korter, vaade vanalinnale. Teenindaja oli iseenesest aktiivne ja abivalmis, tõi puuduvad käterätid ja kohvi.
Korter on viiendal korrusel, lifti pole. Sooja vett ei tulnud teisel päeval. Külmik oli jäätunud, sulatsime ise ülesse, et uks kinni jääks. Filtrikohvimasin ei töötanud korralikult ( katlakivi või ummistus). Makseterminal ei töötanud. Alumises vannitoas polnud pesuvahendeid. Korter vajaks värkendust, pisiremonti ning natuke rohkem koristust

Die Lage zur Altstadt, Flughafenanbindung, Aufteilung der Wohnung
Die Wohnung war ziemlich dreckig, inkl Küche, Bad, Sauna hat nicht funktioniert. Die Heizung wurde erst ab 10.10. angestellt, Pech, wir bekamen 2 kleine Heizkörper, die einen großen Raum kaum aufheizen. Die Ausstattung war mäßig, 6 Schlafplätze, 4 Messer, 3 gleiche Teller...
