Ty Gwladus a Einion by Wales Escapes

The owners were very helpful. The welcome basket was lovely as were the teas/ coffee. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the bath was excellent after long hikes. The property is in an ideal location to discover beautiful South Wales.

You may not be able to park directly outside the property but there was always space in the car park just round the corner. There is no downstairs toilet, which didn't matter at all to us, but it may be necessary for some people.

Everything. Spacious, modern, clean, back garden with seating and BBQ area, big toilet, keyless entry, etc.

Nothing to be honest.

The place is clean and spacious enough for a bigger group. Kitchen is fully equipped and great if you plan to cook some of your meals. Hosts replied to us in a timely manner and were helpful with giving out instructions when needed. They have a guide available which is also really helpful and contains useful information. There were a few board games available which we were greatful for as we have forgotten ours at home.

We did enjoy our stay overall. There are only a couple of minor things to be mentioned here. The town is well positioned, close to lots of fun and interesting places, but it doesn't have much going for itself. We drove for about 5h and wanted to go for a walk to stretch our legs. Not much to see at all. Probably it looks a lot better in the summer. Beginning of March combined with gloomy weather doesn't do it any favours. The double beds are really comfortable, however, the single beds are probably more appropriated for kids or short adults. We travelled with family, all adults. My dad had to push his bed all the way against the wall because being close to the edge of the bed causes you to easily slide off. My aunt has actually fallen off the bed in the middle of the night, haha!

There were lovely touches with the decor. It was nice and clean.

The mattresses on the doubles weren’t very comfortable and the kitchen needed tea towels. Apart from that it was fab xx
