A comfortable property well positioned for Cardiff and the Valleys

The property was very comfortable, well maintained and good facilities, plus just 10 minute walk from Lidl’s for groceries. The washing machine specifically was helpful and the host provided a warm dryer too, which proved useful in the wet February days!

The floorboards on the 1st floor were noisy, so made moving around at night difficult for others. The single bed bedroom was very cold as the radiator was hidden behind the chest of drawers and my daughter felt uncomfortable on the mattress which was too soft.

Spacious but has issues.

Spacious and well furnished.

The parking is a nightmare. Neighbours are obviously not happy this is a rental property. There is a hole in the floor under the carpet in the second bedroom. Clearly has issues with damp. Access is via a very dirty and dark alley.

Lovely and spacious. Well equipped.

No heating when we arrived as boiler not working. However after a call with the host we managed to sort it out. Bit of confusion with rubbish and recycling as calendar was out of date.

We did not like that it said two bathrooms when there was one bathroom and one half bathroom. We had four guests and we thought we had two showers. We also did not the washer only with not dryer. It was rainy every day, we were not able to wash our clothes.

Exceptional and feels home.

Overall we love the place, very spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are so comfortable and the sheets and linen smell nice. It is a homey feeling. The host is friendly and easy to communicate by dropping a message. Parking is easy as well. ☺️

Nothing at all really. Just a very very small thing we forgot our hair dryer we thought there was one in the property. But we didn’t really need it in the current weather we just let it air dry 😁

The property was in the perfect central location for all the events we had during our stay. The amount of beds and space were great for a family of 6. The host went above and beyond with a few issues we had and communication couldn’t have been better.

Lovely property in a good location close to Pontypridd

Lovely property. Spacious lounge. Good kitchen with table where we could eat comfortably. Tea, coffee provided. Comfortable beds, good shower and an 8 minute walk to Pontypridd.

Very good facilities, just the two of us so can’t give the necessary appropriate value for money rating, but fully occupied would be excellent.

It was clean, warm and comfortable. Immediately felt at home there. It was only a short walk to the centre of town but was in a quiet back street so was very peaceful.

There is no garden but this wasn’t a problem for us and parking is on nearby streets not immediately outside the property. However we were able to park long enough to load and unload outside the door so this wasn’t a problem either.

Disappointing yet the owners were fair and reasonable and refunded promptly

Unfortunately we did not stay for the night due to the lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance of the property. On face value the images portrayed a property well located for our visit to Bike Park Wales. It looked spacious and homely.

The property was very dirty. The hoover was clogged so it had not been well hoovered for a considerable period of time. There were stains on all soft furnishing and the beds were also stained. We entered the property to find a grill pan full of fat and general dirt in the kitchen.

The property seemed quite newly renovated... the rooms were good sizes... the lounge and main bedroom were especially spacious. A couple of faults were put right very quickly.

Nice house and location, let down by a poor sleep.

Rented this property for taking our daughter to University, hence the larger accommodation. But in the end, it was just for me and my husband. Parking was interesting and location was good. Nice fixtures and fittings.

The beds were uncomfortable. In fact, on the second night, we both independently tried out the other beds and they were all the same. Such a shame that the sleep element completely let down the entire stay.

Lovely 3 bed rental - clean and quiet.

I found this to be a very clean, very quiet accommodation, within walking distance to grocery store & other shops.

It would have been convenient to have a rubbish bin in the bathroom upstairs, and maybe an extra blanket or two. But these are very minor things, it did not detract from our stay.

Parking

Parking on street was limited and was a short walk to the address. It was difficult to get luggage into address as someone had parked very close to the front door. The address is down a back alley which meant access by foot only which we hadn't realised when we booked.

Big living room and good size kitchen.

Beds not very solid. No locks on the bathroom doors. Walls damp. Linen quite old. No outside area for children or families. Unable to locate bedding for fold down bed. Poor communications.
