My stay at Dar Fatima Elbahbouha was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Tunisia. Before I even arrived, our domestic flight to Tozeur was unexpectedly cancelled. I was very worried about how to continue our trip, but Rabah immediately contacted us, helped us reserve seats on the SNTRI bus, and even arranged a complimentary transfer from the Tozeur bus station to the hotel. His kindness and quick support completely saved our trip. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and full of authentic charm. It was the perfect place to experience the warm hospitality of southern Tunisia. I also had a wonderful excursion. Because of the extreme heat, the hotel thoughtfully suggested adjusting the schedule so that I could visit the desert later in the afternoon and enjoy the sunset in much more comfortable conditions. It turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences of our entire journey. The homemade dinner prepared by Fatima was another unforgettable highlight. Every dish was delicious, authentic, and clearly prepared with great care. I especially enjoyed experiencing traditional Berber cuisine and tasting the local Tunisian beer together with the meal. Everyone made us feel like family rather than guests. Thank you, Rabah, and everyone at Dar Fatima Elbahbouha for your incredible kindness and hospitality. We will always remember our stay and sincerely hope to return someday. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Tozeur.
