Good location on main road (not as shown in maps.me) and nice staff. Nice patio area on the floor where the hotel rooms are located.

Small, dated bathroom.

Great location in the center of Tozeur. Secured parking available. Well-maintained hotel rooms around an upper courtyard with clean, quiet rooms. The breakfast included was good and enough. The hotel organized a day tour to the Oasis, waterfall and Star Wars sites. It was well worth it.

The shower hardly had any hot water. The pillows were not great. They should be of better quality.

Outside area on rooftop was pleasant and clean, though lacking in warmth. Reception staff were lovely. Location good but you'll need earplugs because of the constant noise of motorbikes from early til late (not the hotel's fault I know). Bed was comfy.

Room was ok, and clean. A fridge would be a welcome addition, as would be a bedside lamp . The bathroom is teeny tiny and the shower curtain sticks to your body when you're having one. Could hear the AC from the room through the wall. Balcony and balcony door and one of the side walls were covered in pigeon poop. I asked for it to be cleaned and they agreed immediately, which was encouraging, but the operation only removed about 20% of what was there. Cleaning staff talking extremely noisily outside my room in the early morning (6:30). Breakfast miserly with hard bread and terrible coffee. Overall I found the place kind of depressing. Not sure why it's got such good reviews. Maybe it's just me. Value for money not the best.
