El hotel era cómo entrar a un oasis en el medio de la Medina. La decoración increíble, descubrir los detalles era maravilloso. Tiene muchos lugares para estar, para sentarse a leer o disfrutar de un té. Cenar allí fue lo mejor que hicimos. La comida deli con buena música y ambientación. El personal un 10/10. Fue el mejor hotel de todo Túnez.

Outstanding design, ambience and privacy. This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in the world.
There was one very unpleasant interaction with management which prevents a 10/10 rating. The rest of the staff were very kind and attentive. The matter was resolved.

Very friendly staff in a beautiful dar with many lovely outdoor spaces to use. We were recommended some excellent places to eat. When myself and my friend wee using the pool a kind gentleman set up some loungers by the pool for us to use which was very attentive.
I don’t think the pool is heated, we visited in April so was quite chilly but maybe in the midst of summer would warm up enough for more comfortable use
