Location great for the event we were attending - downside was bedrooms next to very noisy fans that were disturbing from early until late at night. Not the hosts fault but not good right outside the bedroom.
The host could fix the bedroom window so it shuts properly which would help shield from the excessive fans noise. It was broken and would only close with a gap so this made the noise much worse.
See above re noise which was the main problem. Luckily we were out a lot so didn't have to put up with it for long. Bit of a nuisance at bedtime.
Basics were quite clean - floors, beds, etc. But some dirty kitchen drawers, toilet paper and gloves left on bedside lamp! Ham left in fridge which wasn't great for vegetarians! Some useful items left too - water, drinks, etc.
