Very good stay overall – great location and private garage!

The process was smooth, the listing was accurate, and communication with the host was quick and easy. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. One of the standout features was the private indoor garage, which made our stay so much easier. Parking can be a real challenge in the area, so having a secure and convenient spot for our car was a huge bonus. It gave us peace of mind and the freedom to explore the region without worrying. We’ll definitely book again—highly recommended!

We had to pick up the key from a different location, which was a bit inconvenient, and the fold-down bed wasn’t as comfortable as a regular bed.

Enjoyed time in Menton and liked the apartment inside

Separate sleeping areas with doors that close them off

Noise of traffic circle made lovely balcony unusable. Closed doors helped while inside. Didn’t like having to go to separate location for keys with all luggage etc

Nice spacious apartment, 6 min walk to/from Menton train station. 15 to 20 min walk to Menton city centre where most of the restaurants and coffees are located.

Un séjour qui n'a pas été à la hauteur du potentiel de cet appartement

L'appartement a un potentiel énorme, avec une déco moderne, de grands placards dans la chambre, grande douche italienne, belle terrasse (certes avec du vis à vis), parking Box fermé idéal, résidence propre et calme

Les mauvaises odeurs d'eaux usées (même en appliquant un produit de débouchage donné par la conciergerie), un sommier avec latte cassée et matelas à ressort bas de gamme, un four non nettoyée avec de mauvaises odeurs, des portes fenêtre non sécurisées (système de fermeture cassée) et non isolantes du bruit, un miroir cassée entreposée sous le lit, les vmc non nettoyées .... Cet appartement est négligé par un entretien léger non rigoureux. Le cumul de tous les problèmes rencontrés auraient pu être corrigées au fur et à mesure des locations. Même si la conciergerie en charge du logement s'avérait de bonne volonté pour régler certains problèmes, je n'avais pas de temps de mes vacances à leur sacrifier pour un travail antérieur qui aurait dû être fait.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Unterstützung von dem Vermieter war sehr gut und hilfreich.Schlüsselabholung funktionierte einwandfrei.Eine schöne,helle,saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft.Menton ist auch eine schöne Stadt um einen Familienurlaub zu machen. Immer wieder gerne ❤️

Fijne, nette plek waar je toegang hebt tot het station en het strand.

De sleutels konden contactloos (zonder aanwezigheid van de verhuurder) opgehaald worden bij een woning waar de lockers waren. Wij vonden het wel eventjes zoeken, want het stond niet zo goed aangegeven; het was ons niet direct duidelijk dat het ergens binnen was.

Dat het dus niet zo goed zichtbaar was waar de sleutels lagen. Een andere gast was op dat moment ook aan het zoeken.

Nous avons loué ce logement pour la 2ème fois car l'année dernière ce fût un réel coup de cœur, et nous avons retrouvé ce même coup de cœur cette année, il est très propre, l'intérieur est aménagé d'un mobilier de qualité, épuré, c'est magnifique, il possède tout le confort, propreté, neuf, beau, le balcon est grand, d'un beau mobilier également, l'immeuble est d'une grande tranquillité , le point également très positif est d'avoir un garage. Tout est PARFAIT, BEAU, MAGNIFIQUE sincèrement. Merci aux propriétaires pour ce magnifique appartement.

mooi ingericht appartement met een ondergronds prive parking, zeer goede locatie : 7' wandelen naar het station 10' wandelen naar het strand en horeca 7' wandelen naar een winkel (Carrefour) ongeveer 20' wandelen naar het mooie oude stadscentrum.

L’espace, la propreté, l’emplacement. Les équipements, modernes et fiables. Le garage en sous sol, très appréciable dans ce quartier.

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Décodeur HS. À notre avis, revoir le circuit de prise et de remise des clefs. Les nouvelles techniques de communication ne sont pas à porté de tout le monde….

Très bel appartement proche de la gare avec grande terrasse ensoleillée

Bel appartement neuf avec beaucoup de rangements, une chambre et un canapé lit situé proche de la gare, avec parking, tout équipé (cuisine avec four, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, cafetière Nespresso et à filtre...), proche du centre ville et non loin de la plage. Nous recommandons ! La conciergerie qui s'en occupe est au top ! Très réactive.

- Rajouter de la vaisselle pour ne pas faire tourner le lave vaisselle à moitié vide - Matelas de la chambre assez mou Sinon tout est vraiment parfait 😊. Bon rapport qualité / prix

Bon emplacement, proche de la mer et du centre ville, on peut laisser la voiture au parking et tout faire à pied. L appartement est propre et fonctionnel, il correspond au descriptif

Manque de vaisselle. L absence de protège matelas. Le minimum de produit toilette (2 petits gel douche) Ce sont de petits détails mais suffisant pour rendre le séjour meilleur.

Appartement refait à neuf, très propre, très fonctionnel, au calme et proche de la gare et de la plage. Arrivée facile et communication aisée avec la conciergerie. Tout fonctionne parfaitement.

Juste un peu plus de vaisselles pour éviter de faire une machine à moitié vide
