The apartment was centrally located, supermarket around the corner and the train station a short walk away which made it easy to get around to enjoy the French Rugby World Cup 2023 experience. Thank you Marie for the meet and greet which was a nice personal touch. S & R.

We wanted a nice apartment near Sciences Po which our granddaughter is attending. This apartment had everything we needed (nicely furnished, clean, parking). The location was great; about 1 km from our granddaughter, easy walk to the beach too. The owner was very helpful. She was there when we arrived and came by when we were leaving. She was a pleasure to work with.

Our family of me, pregnant wife and two children 6 and 4 stayed here for almost 2 weeks in august. Very close to the beach - its a non-sand beach at the water (sand for sand castles further back) but we didnt use any special shoes. Was busy but we always found a place for the parasol and mat. Small shop selling essentials including meat and milk and veg etc round corner. Train station about 5-10 mins walk up the hill. About 5 mins walk into town. Used train to go to marineworld (and then watched free willy and blackfish - is marineworld a necessary evil to raise awareness and love for these creatures? Who knows). Therr are quiet beaches two stops away. Monaco is 3 or 4 train stops away. Italy is on the other side of menton (we just walked across border didnt have time to really see it). I didnt get the vibe that cycling was a realistic possibility for our 6 year old without a car. We didnt have a car. There was a music festival in menton while we were there. Owner very helpful and cooperative and fast to get back on queries and willing to pop in if needed. Good air con and amazinf blind system so we forgot what time it was, so complete was the darkness. Had kids on the fold up bed and placed pillows into the gaps. There was a long pillow we used to put between the kids to stop them bumping into each other too. Wifi. Some orange tv thing - but we just hooked lap top up via the hdmi and watched netflix and dvds we had brought (didnt see a dvd player but i didnt ask). Definitely recommend.

Pascale’s apartment is modern and up-to-date. It’s very clean. All appliances are new, including the induction stove top (which takes a little getting used to.). It also has a dish washer and a laundry washer, but no dryer. (But you can easily dry your clothes on a rack inside the apartment overnight (adding some humidity to the dry air) or on lines on the balcony. Parking is a bit of a challenge. You can park in the courtyard which is gated and is restricted to people who live in Pascale’s building, but there is not always space. Then you have to find a spot in the street, which takes time and could be a block away. Distance to the sea is 2 blocks, a 10-minute walk. There is a city-Carrefour just a half-block from the apartment. It has basically all you need in terms of groceries. The Palais d’Europe with the Tourist Office and concert hall is also just 2 blocks from the apartment. All this is very convenient. The view from the apartment is not particularly exciting: from the balcony you look into the courtyard/car park, but on sunny days, you get the morning sun. The balcony is rather narrow but you can squeeze two people on it. We stayed the first 3 weeks of January. The weather was not always cooperative, but there were enough nice days to make our stay worthwhile. We went into Italy a few times. Especially for cycling, San Remo is the place to go with a wide dedicated bike path right alongside the Med. The path is 22km long!. Also visited Monaco (which is very close by) and we went to Nice 2 times. Nice also offers good cycling along the Promenade des Anglais. Menton is not quite up to that standard. The path along the Med. is nearly always crowded with walkers leaving little room for us cyclists. Hard-core coureurs cycle on the main road especially on weekends. We interacted a few times with Marie-Laure, Pascale’s partner. She was very helpful and efficient. In sum, we had a very good stay in Pascale’s apartment which has everything you need and is conveniently located. Menton itself is not the most exciting town along the Med., however. For that, I prefer Nice, Cannes and Montpellier. Hendrik Groen, Netherlands/USA

Centrally located flat close to Menton railway station, main bus station and within easy walking distance of good restaurants. A Carrefour Express supermarket is located just round the corner and Boulangeries are a few minutes away. Arriving by train, the building was easy to find although access to the apartment was a little more difficult as it was through a remotely controlled gate. With the help of people who were just leaving, we quickly gained access and Pascale greeted us at the door. She kindly showed us around her apartment and we found her to be both friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at the property, it was clean and came well equipped with everything we needed including dishwasher and microwave. The apartment faces inwards towards a courtyard/parking area so we weren't too bothered by traffic outside in the street.

This apartment is modern and well equipped. There were two of us staying and it had everything we needed. There is good security and excellent air con. There is a small quiet balcony at the back of the property. We would recommend for a couple but it might be too small for a family with two or more children.

A clean and well presented flat, close to town center, beach and amenities such as supermarket. We utilized the sofa bed, whilst our children shared the main bedroom along with a travel cot which was provided. Air conditioning worked and was well used during our stay. The flat was well equipped, especially in the kitchen, though we tended to eat out for most meals. Shower was easy to use, with ample supply of hot water.

I recently stayed in Menton for 4 nights at this lovely apartment in a great location. The apartment was new, very modern decor with every thing you could ever need. Small deck to sit and have coffee. The location was perfect-in the newer town but a 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 to the train station and 5-10 to the Cocteau museum and old town. There is a grocery store around the corner and cafes 2 minutes away. The owner Pascale was wonderful and very helpful. Answered every question I had. I would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Menton. It's perfect!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo appartamento in Dicembre 2016 e ne siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! L'appartamento è molto luminoso, arredato con gusto e molto funzionale. C'è tutto quello che serve per una vacanza ottima. Cucina, elettrodomestici, posate e piatti sono praticamente nuovi come del resto tutto in casa. Forniti lenzuola e asciugamani in abbondanza e di buona qualità! Dialogo e prenotazione con il proletario, ottima, molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è perfetta, a qualche minuto dalla spiaggia e dalla passeggiata sul lungomare. Supermercato dietro l'angolo e panetteria e altri negozi utili molto vicini. Molto apprezzato Wi-Fi e anche il parcheggio privato che a Menton è utilissimo! In conclusione consiglio l'appartamento e spero che potremo tornarci per le prossime vacanze! Grazie Pascale!

Superbe séjour à Menthon dans l'appartement de Marie-Laure qui nous a très sympathiquement et chaleureusement accueillis. Tout a vraiment été parfait, tant au niveau de l'appartement, de l'emplacement et de la praticité pour se balader dans les rues piétonnes, se baigner et visiter les environs grâce notamment au bus 100. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucune hésitation !

L’appartamento è risultato come dalle foto ed è in ottime condizioni. Stoviglie mobili ed attrezzature sono tutte nuove e la fornitura è completa. La dimensione dell’appartamento è adeguata per 4 persone. La posizione è comoda per il centro e per la spiaggia ed il posto auto interno è molto comodo. L'appartement est spacieux, la cuisine bien équipée avec du matériel de bonne qualité, une salle de douche agréable et une chambre spacieuse avec une literie de qualité. La climatisation est efficace (appréciable en août). L'appartement est très bien situé, 5 minutes à pied de la rue piétonne, à moins de deux rues on trouve boulangeries, boucheries, traiteur, pizzeria et mini carrefour. Le bord de mer est à une centaine de mètres. Marie Laure a un très bon contact, elle est souple avec les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Appartement neuf et très bien équipé (il ne manque absolument rien...) et très propre. Emplacement idéal au centre de Menton et proche du bord du mer (supérette et commerces à proximité). Nous avons pu profiter d'une place de parking à l'intérieur de la résidence. L'appartement est orienté sur une grande cour intérieure ; la vue n'est pas idyllique mais il n'y pas trop de vis à vis ; il n'y a pratiquement aucun bruit, même si à cette saison les fenêtres sont restées fermées. Enfin, merci à Marie-Laure pour sa disponibilité et son accueil.
