Three bedroom townhouse conveniently located 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Les Rotes with supermarket within a 2 minute walk this property is a perfect holiday location. Divided over four floors you have a spacious living areas with plenty of outside seating areas to enjoy the summer and winter sunshine. On entrance to the property you walk through the private off road parking and into the lounge area. The kitchen and dining room is on the middle floor with direct access to a private terrace which leads out onto the communal gardens and swimming pool. The third floor is occupied with a twin bedroom and double bedroom and family bathroom. The fourth floor is occupied by the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom and large bright sunny terrace over looking the swimming pool and Montgo mountain range and a huge roof terrace with ample seating.The property has A/C in all rooms, wifi and Spanish and UK tv. The townhouse is available for monthly winter rentals and utility consumption will be charged at the end of your stay.
