The location was great! The decor & high ceilings were appreciated. The host left us coffee & treats which was so nice. It was a spacious home! It accommodated our large family group very well. It was very clean & our host was lovely & accomodating.
Honestly, the beds are hard. Very firm. I would suggest mattress toppers if it’s possible, that might help to make them more comfortable for guests.

Pepi House was such a treat for me and my family. 7 of us stayed comfortably for 4 nights and it was great. The property is stunning, it almost feels like you are staying in a family museum the way the family has preserved their history within the property. Our host was amazing, so kind and helpful, and gave us some great recommendations for fun spots nearby to check out. The location absolutely cannot be beat. We loved our time at Pepi House!

Pepi house is simply stunning. The care that the owners have taken to create a truly unique and beautiful property is impressive. Every room has artistic renderings on the walls and ceilings that’s honestly breathtaking. Also amazing is how quiet the property is when you enter even though you’re only steps away from Santa Croce Piazza!
There was nothing to not like - it’s a beautiful space that’s conveniently located in the heart of Florence but is still a quiet escape
