Very stylish and cozy appartment very convinient for exporing Cinque Terre

Comfortable, stylish appartment with absolutely everything you need for living ang enjoying Portvenere! We felt like at home and private parking was a special bonus in this area! Andrea is an excellent host, very informative and supportive. Supermarket, grocery andbeach is walking distance. The bus stop is near the building.

wunderbare Zeit

Dieses Appartement war perfekt ausgestattet - es hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Perfekt war, dass es in einem Vorort von Porto Venere lag und wir somit dem großen touristischen Trubel entgehen konnten. Das Zentrum war fußläufig ein paar Minuten entfernt, die Bushaltestelle war direkt nebenan, die Busse fuhren sehr oft in beide Richtungen, und wir brauchten unser Auto überhaupt nicht. Ein Geschenk war der private Parkplatz, der zwar etwas entfernt war, aber uns der sehr berechtigten Sorge enthob: wohin mit dem Auto. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sowohl Balkon als auch Schlafzimmer gehen zur stark befahrenen Straße raus, so dass wir dem Verkehrslärm nicht entgehen konnten.

Nervig waren die Hunde der Gegend, die abwechselnd oder miteinander fast ununterbrochen bellten - teilweise bis in die Nacht.

L’accueil du propriétaire, le confort de l’hébergement, la proximité de Portovenere

Certaines photos sont trompeuses. Exemples : la route qui passe sous le balcon est bruyante. Le balcon est minuscule. Le panorama "à couper le souffle" d’aprés le descriptif est assez décevant. Par ailleurs, comment accéder aux chaines de télévision classiques ? Enfin, precisez qu’il y a 34 marches à monter pour accéder au logement.

Una porzione di paradiso!

L’appartamento è arredato con gusto. Ci sono tutti i comfort: lavatrice, lavastoviglie bagno nuovo con doccia spaziosa e munita di tutto il necessario. Ci sono stoviglie e molti attrezzi per la cucina, macchina per il caffè e diverse pentole e padelle. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile per info sui luoghi da visitare e sui mezzi di trasporto. Ci ha attesi per la consegna delle chiavi e al nostro arrivo ci è stata omaggiata una bottiglia di vino, della buonissima focaccia ligure e una bottiglia di acqua. Il paesino di Le Grazie è incantevole, si trova a poche fermate di bus dalla meravigliosa Portovenere. Si può raggiungere in bus anche La Spezia (a circa 20 minuti) e prendere il treno per le Cinque Terre: luoghi paradisiaci! Le spiagge sono tutte accessibili (sia a Le Grazie sia a Portovenere) senza alcun pagamento e chi ama la semplicità può sostare con asciugamani anche senza ombrellone dato che il sole viene oscurato dagli alberi che sono presenti lungo la spiaggia e la passeggiata lungomare. A Le Grazie sono presenti due spiagge piccole, una con sassi e l’altra con sabbia (ideale per le famiglie con bambini).

L’unico neo è la presenza di scale che portano all’appartamento che si trova al primo piano di un complesso di case caratteristiche del luogo. Per portare bagagli o le borse della spesa fare le scale è faticoso. Per raggiungere l’appartamento, di ritorno dalla spiaggia, si deve percorrere una strada a scorrimento medio veloce e in curva, bisogna fare molta attenzione alle macchine che sopraggiungono. Il posto auto riservato non è adiacente all’abitazione, ma la macchina non serve dato che i servizi pubblici sono molto efficienti e numerosi con diverse corse. Consiglio di munire la casa anche di uno stendibiancheria, oltre alle corde che si trovano sul balcone. Inoltre, alcune stoviglie non erano state pulite: presentavano residui di unto, così anche il piano cottura e la penisola. Anche le lenzuola non avevano un odore di pulito. Diversamente le asciugamani profumavano di pulito. Consiglio di porre maggiore attenzione anche a queste cose, che secondo il mio parere sono molto importanti. Ma nel complesso si tratta di una ottima struttura situata in un luogo incantevole. Grazie per l’accoglienza siamo stati benissimo ci ritorneremo volentieri!

Очень стильно, красиво. Видно, что апартаменты оформлены с душой. Прекрасный балкон с видом на бухту. Все необходимые кухонные принадлежности и техника, включая посудомойку, стиральную машину. Очень обстоятельный хозяин. Остановка автобуса в Портовенере совсем рядом, билеты можно купить в табачном магазине, который находится в 50 метрах в сторону Ла Специи. Ехать минут 10-15. Очень удобно для посещения Портовенере и Чинкве-Терре, так как непосредственно в Портовенере цены на размещение неадекватные, а качество жилья не сравнится с этим.

Чтобы попасть в апартаменты надо преодолеть достаточно длинный лестничный пролет. Есть бесплатная парковка, но до нее идти метров 200-300. На оценку это не повлияло, так как для нас это было не проблема, просто кому-то может не подойти.

Appartamento accogliente e molto confortevole. Strutturato di recente, curato in ogni dettaglio. Lavatrice, lavastoviglie, Wi-Fi. Situato in una località molto tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere Porto Venere a piedi o con il bus.

Come tutti i paesi della Liguria la strada sotto casa priva di marciapiede.

Унікальне помешкання в маленькому селі Лігурії, яке входить до складу Портовенере. Стильний дизайн. Для того, хто вміє помічати дрібниці та цінувати красу. Вдале поєднання історії та сучасності. Абсолютно все, щоб ви відчули себе як удома, але насолодилися аутентикою. Хазяїн подбав про дрібниці - інструкції та поради, посуд, побутова техніка, сантехніка... Вид з маленького балкону водночас вражає та заспокоює. Нас зустріли вином, фокаччо, кавою, доброзичливою посмішкою... Картини на стінах, альбоми із старовинними фото, мапи... Дорога не є вже аж занадто складною. У вашому розпорядженні приватна стоянка. Місце, в яке хотілося б повернутися.

Настрій псував тільки дощ. Все інше, за потреби, легко вирішувалося через чат із Андреа)

Andrea è stato un host eccezionale, disponibile, cordiale e pronto a venire incontro ad ogni nostra necessità. La casa fantastica, un connubio tra modernità, comfort e stile. La location perfetta, a due passi da Portovenere ma nell'intimità di Le Grazie. Valore aggiunto: il parcheggio privato.

Bellissimo appartamento

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco con gusto, c'è tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno, cucina perfettamente attrezzata, wifi, televisione, camera spaziosa, letto comodo, piccolo balcone, doccia comodissima, non manca davvero niente. Andrea host gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci ha dato tutte le informazioni sulla zona. Da non sottovalutare il parcheggio privato, anche se non è adiacente all'appartamento è cmq vicino e per noi è stato importante non dover lasciare l'auto lungo la strada.

L'unico neo per me è stata la vicinanza della strada piuttosto trafficata, ma io ho il sonno leggero...
