First of all, the location is perfect. The village has a limited amount of accommodations, and this one is fully separate (this is rare) - you have the whole villa for yourself. Also, it is located a bit away from the most crowded part of the village. The staff is really helpful, the garden is beautiful. You can start early to visit Samaria Gorge and enjoy it empty even in high season.

All was fine! However, you need to be aware that one of local attractions are goats wandering around wearing bells, and those guys can show up early in the morning. We liked it a lot - it is a part of the experience in Agia Roumeli.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable, with stunning and unique views from every window. It has a spacious yard, making parking very convenient if you’re traveling by car. The location is wonderfully peaceful and close to the starting point of the Samaria Gorge, which was perfect for our plans. We loved the warm welcome gifts, the tasteful decoration, the comfortable beds, and the incredible views — especially watching the stars from the roof at night. This is a fantastic place to spend your holidays, relax, explore the Samaria Gorge, and swim in the turquoise waters nearby.
