This was our 4th time in Loutro and Villa Niki was the best place we have stayed in. It was beautifully located to take full advantage of Loutro. I loved the way it was set slightly back from the main concourse. It felt quiet and peaceful. The room that Andreas gave us was superb and it had the most amazing view of the gorgeous bay from our balcony. It was large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well maintained and the shower pressure exceptional. Andreas and his wife were the most fantastic and kind hosts and went out of their way to ensure our 25th wedding anniversary was incredibly special. I also recommend breakfast in the courtyard. There is a beautiful water sculpture in the courtyard that Andreas made, which creates a cool and calming ambience. We look forward to visiting again with our whole family.

nice view of the bay, if there were not so many roofs in front of our balcony
out dated facility. major upgrade needed in order to get a better rating from us. in no way does it match the booking rating. Way over rated
