Captain Tom

Gentillesse et disponibilité des hôtes. Piscine : propreté, taille et profondeur, au milieu des oliviers. Calme et apaisement au rendez-vous. Proximité de tavernes avec un rapport qualité-prix incroyable.

The pool was amazing, large, clean and surrounded by olive trees. The room was very spacious and the entire space is very quiet and relaxing.

The fact that this is quite isolated when we faced crazy winds the electricity was cut off for 3 days

The property is situated in the middle of an olive grove, surrounded by trees with mountains as the backdrop, set in a peaceful environment with a large swimming pool, and close to the sea. A couple of supermarkets are located within a few minutes drive. The apartment was spacious with 2 beautiful terraces. We were lucky to be the only guests there; it was nice and quiet. Imbros gorge is only 15min away by car. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and we received a bottle of fresh olive oil on departure, thank you! A small jar of some kind of spirit was left on the kitchen table for us on arrival - we think it was raki - a label or a note as to what it was would have been great to avoid any confusion :)

Facilities are a bit outdated and could do with some renovation - the property has a big potential. The microwave only worked for a few minutes before it needed a break, and the electric hotplates took forever to cook on. Wifi had a poor signal. We also experienced the strong wind, and, of course, it's not the fault of the accommodation, but the noise made it hard to sleep at night. The shower curtain situation could be improved as the bathroom flooded after each shower :)

Value for money . 2 nd time stay . Beautiful pool . Very quiet . Friendly hosts . Near lovely beaches .

Steps to ground floor , poorly lit at night . Helpful if ramp or flat entrance to room
