Bath Lodge - Arree Stays

It was comfortable and close to food spots. Even not far from the beach, we walked back from the beach which just took over 20 minutes with 2 young children walking. The host was amazing with communicating before and during the stay. Asking how best to set up the room and useful information we may need to better our stay. Even when we couldn’t figure out the heating they were able to sort it out in the late hours of the night. They also showed a video of how to use the shower which was very helpful as we had to switch between the two for the children. Small lamp and fan in The room was very helpful too. Also liked that they had a streaming service already set up so we didn’t have to log in. Kitchen was stacked with everything someone needs. Overall would stay here again

The heating system was not easy for us to understand. It was colder in the night but then got very hot in the night and we were unsure on how to turn it off. Could just do with one or two extra things for the bathroom but nothing too. It was great to see a high chair in the storage maybe a stepping stool for the bathroom for the little ones too?

All went smoothly. Everything you need for a family in a self contained apartment. Host answered a query immediately. Friendly. Clean.

Drama in the street ( nothing to do with us ) but that can happen anywhere on a sunny bank holiday.

Les explications étaient claires, le logement était conforme à la description, les hôtes ont pris des nouvelles et nous ont bien accompagnés.

La cuisine est bien équipée, mais mériterait une rénovation éventuellement.

The location was a little off the beaten track and one or two roads close to were not the most salubrious but it was quiet at night. I must remember to take my own pillows to these places as I find polyester filled pillows extremely uncomfortable. But that’s just me…
