Zeer goed gerenoveerd appartement, alle comfort aanwezig, zeezicht met terras, uitstekende isolatie
Eerste indruk aan de buitenkant, het appartement ligt tegen een speelhal, boven verschillende strandwinkels en achteraan ligt een pretpark. Maar door de zeer goede isolatie en de beperkte openingstijd van deze zaken is er op geen enkel moment iets te horen van de buitenactiviteiten.
