Great location for getting around Margate, and Thanet in general. Superb views of the sea and harbour, the apartment was extremely spacious, spotlessly clean and well appointed. Bedrooms are at the back of the property so you don't get the noise from the main road at the front.
If you want bed linen for the sofa bed you have to pay extra. This wasn't mentioned in the Booking.com listing but we paid for it anyway. I only found out when I was finalising the checking in process.

The location was great had everything we needed. Right by the beach
The hairdryer didnt work and the freezer needed to be defrosted was full of ice. Overall I would still stay here again as the location was great and lots of space. Clean and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Property was bright and roomy, great location.
No air conditioning, garbage left in flat, oven dirty, cleanliness was an issue

Location, space, and people who were friendly & good at communicating beforehand.
It was a bit warm but not a big thing we just opened the windows.
