The location was fantastic, we went down and swam in the sea on Saturday and waltzed back up - it was so easy, you're literally 3 mins from the beach which is great! The apartment was clean and hosts were really helpful. We had to book v last minute as our original booking with Air B+B was filthy - so it was a real life saver that the host was on hand to give us all the details we needed the second we booked.
All I would say is that the sofa bed wasn't really ideal for an adult to sleep on. I would say it comfortably sleeps 4 rather than 5 realistically.

Distance to our evening out was brilliant.
Trainline and the street rubbish. Also cupboards in kitchen full of opened food.

Close to lovely beach and convenient Tesco and fish'n'chips, lovely bath, bright and clean flat
Was hard to work the microwave so instructions would help, also for shower as water temperature was unstable. Twin room too small for two adults.
