Very comfy! The view was great with wonderful amenities. Great location and sound proof!!!
There was a humidifier or ac device that required emptying that I was not informed about. Elevators were always busy amd practically unusable at certain times of the day and HOT! BUGS!!

we didn’t stay at the summit, our hotel was changed without our knowledge.
we originally booked for the summit but apon ariving we were informed we were booked at a completely different hotel. when we called the hotline we were interacting with a very rude person. We were not informed of a hotel switch. the woman said that we had confirmed the switch, but going through all the emails and messages, i have no evidence to where we were informed of a hotel change. when it came check out time to check out i texted the hotline, because of the change we knew absolutely nothing about the majestic and what the checkout procedure was. I was met with a rude response once again. i booked for an entire condo and was given something maybe similar but not at the same time.
