On 2nd floor, you will find 2 Master bedrooms one with a king bed and the other with a king bed and twin/twin bunk bed. This condo sleeps 10 comfortably. *Please note: The top bunk bed has a weight limit and is intended for children or smaller individuals only as it's not suitable for full-grown adults.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.
**All guests must check in at the front desk to receive the parking pass and armbands for the stay. Parking fees are $37 per vehicle if staying less than 21 days and $40 per vehicle if staying over 21 days. If traveling with a trailer, there is a fee of $100 per parking spot plus the cost of the vehicle. **
Sugar Beach is located on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach near the peaceful, eastern end of Thomas Drive. Loaded with amenities, the complex offers a gulf-front pool, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, grilling areas, and a clubhouse! Please note there is no elevator at this property. You’ll be surrounded by local eateries including a short walk to Hammerhead Fred's or Longboards. Also close by is Wonderworks and Shipwreck Island Waterpark.

The codes to the gate and door were available on day of arrival so we were able to enter the unit right away. We parked right in front of our entrance. The kitchen was well stocked with the things we needed to prepare a couple of dinners and almost all of our other meals. We made good use of the dishwasher and washer/dryer. The two balconies overlooked the tennis courts and pond. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The beach access was easy and the chairs with umbrellas were an added bonus! We were able to walk to dinner one night and there were other places in short driving distance. Just enough room for the ten of us. We had a great vacation!

Condo was great, clean and updated. Comfortably fit 7 people and 1 dog. Area was nice and easy beach access. Would stay again!
