Sugar Beach C24 is pet-friendly. You must select the number of pets from the guest box for Pets to be allowed. They must be disclosed in the booking and all applicable Pet Fees applied. Signature Destinations Pet Fee is $225.00 and is in addition to any Pet Fees charged by Sugar Beach HOA. To add Signature Destinations Pet Fee, add the number of pets located where you select the number of guests for your stay. Below is the additional Pet Policy for Sugar Beach Condos:
• 4+ nights: $150 for 1 pet, $200 for 2 pets
• 3 nights or less: $80 for 1 pet, $120 for 2 pets
• Vicious breeds (Akita, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid) are not allowed.
🚗 Parking Policy
Parking is $37 per vehicle per stay. Both pet and parking fees are paid directly to the HOA after booking and are in addition to any fees collected by Signature Destinations LLC.

Overall was great and was as advertised. The only issue is having to get up very early to get a decent spot by the water. You can’t set up in front of the beach chair rentals or they will make you move and it gets crowded quickly due to the high rise condos on either side.

Everything about this property is great. The room had no flaws. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. Also to top it off was the great host Chad. If you need him he waste no time getting back to you.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we can get this place in the fall. Great view with comfortable beds.

You really can't ask for a better location. It is right on the beach and has an amazing view. The complex looks like it was built in the 70s or 80s but is actually very well kept. Kudos to the HOA and maintenance crew. The Condo, however, literally had my wife in tears. We rent our home in Augusta for Masters week, so it has to be very clean and neat, as any renter would expect. We then drove 7 hours to find a very dirty and tired condo waiting for us. There were actual dirt footprints on the floor that came off immediately with a lysol wipe. The sheets had not been changed. It's in desperate need of painting, and when they did paint it last time, they clearly just slapped it on because it's all over the door knobs. The drawers in the kitchen were pretty gross. The bathrooms seemed reasonably clean and are nice as they've been redone recently. The pictures were very misleading. On a positive note, the hosts did bring us clean sheets and they were extremely nice. Unfortunately we had to go buy cleaning supplies to make the condo livable without feeling gross the entire week. We also used the extra sheets to cover the couch while we were there.All in all, we would not come back to this unit, but would return to this set of condos if we had reassurances that it wouldn't look like this one. It was great to be able to walk our dog and there were only 1-2 times I saw where a dog owner did not pick up after their pet.
