Wendy was so responsive to me from the date of booking until the time we checked out. We had a group of 6 and we all fit very comfortably. The walk to the beach was short and the view was beautiful. We usually stay on the West end of PCB closer to Pier Park but this location is much quieter which was refreshing. The kitchen was also bigger than other locations I have stayed in which was very nice. Our family would definitely stay again. Thank you Wendy for being so helpful and honest.

This Condo was really nice. Easy access to beach, pool and tennis courts. Really nice view of turtle pond. You can see many turtles while eating breakfast on the balcony. Sooooo cool !!! The only problems were dog hairs all over the floor, especially on that rug on the living room. It was not vacuumed enough to get rid of all the dog hairs. We did not have dogs at all. We do not own any dogs so we weren’t used to seeing so many dog hairs on that rug and some on sofa. I know this Condo complex is dog friendly and we respect that. I think you will need to get a new rug for that living room. Or get a stronger vacuum to get rid of dog hairs. Also the kitchen was really really small. We had to cook dinners and it was really difficult. Otherwise it was a great Condo. Thank you.

Apartment was very clean! Kitchen super equipped with everything you need to cook. Rooms are spacious. Host is wonderful and responds promptly. Property surroundings are wonderful: beach, pool, tennis courts, pond, bbq area, restaurants, stores….We loved our stay and hope to be back next year!!!!
