Nestled in the heart of the east end of Panama City Beach, this delightful house offers 3 bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with two twin beds and one with a queen bed. With 2 bathrooms and a lovely living room featuring a sofa bed, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen during your stay. The back porch offers seating for up to 15 for a fine dinner or family gathering. The spacious side yard offers additional parking for boats or campers. The house is located in walking distance to the beach, Grand Lagoon, Ms Newbies, Pineapple Willie’s and Capt Jacks. You’ll have access to the neighborhood boat ramp off S. Lagoon Drive with no paying or waiting to launch. Beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs, cooler and beach cart are all included. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
