About this house rental
Bonita Point is a small development one block off the beach. This townhome has 1500 square feet with 960 square feet upstairs, complete with 1 bedroom with a king size bed, full bath with a garden tub and a separate shower, as well as living space with sleeper sofa and a fully stocked kitchen. The upstairs sleeps 4. The 550 square foot downstairs has a queen size Murphy bed and 2 twin xl bunks in the bedroom and a day bed with trundle in the efficiency area and sleeps 6. The downstairs has a full bath with a large tiled walk-in shower, kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Full size private garage space is perfect for your automobile, motorcycles, beach toys, boat, etc. There are 2 more parking spaces in front of the townhome and several spaces around the complex. It takes about 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach or you can drive over to the beach access. We have beach chairs, coolers, and beach wagon to use as well. Come and enjoy this great hidden gem!

location was great. Both upstairs and downstairs was great for our family. The advertised soaking tub with jets did not work. The extra pillows were brown and yellow. Really nasty…but all else was great

The only thing I don’t like is the 2 bedrooms are separated from the house so if my
Son was not 15 I would be so scared them sleeping in the rooms off the garage
