Enjoy our fire pit, charcoal grill and seating options. Located just across the street from beach access at Rick Seltzer Park, and providing a fully loaded beach cart makes your trip to the sand a breeze! Beach bikes, beach toys, stand up paddleboards, chairs, bluetooth speaker, cooler and more included. Recently updated with a brand new loveseat and sleeper sofa in living room, three new queen beds and two new bunk beds, one with additional trundle! Large farmhouse table inside and new large dining table on the covered deck to accommodate your group. Two high Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view, plus a couch and other chairs on the upstairs deck looking at the ocean! Fully equipped kitchen for all your needs. Convenient laundry room located off rear deck. Walking distance to shops and restaurants of Thomas Drive and just a short drive to Pier Park or Saint Andrews State Park!
