About this house rental
Great Location!!! This new 5 Bedroom + Bunk Area has 3.5 Luxurious Bathrooms, Large backyard with Private Pool and pet Friendly! Beach Haven sleeps 14 in beds (Max guests 16)! It has parking for 4 cars. Just steps from the beach! Pool Coming January 1st, 2023. Heated Pool (Pool Heated for additional Fee). Property has a pool, no hot tub.
Pets are allowed but are $150/pet/stay/pet. This is not a deposit - it is a nonrefundable fee. Guests are still responsible for any and all damage caused by their pets and need to pick up after their pets. Any pet charges that arise will not be covered by any type of damage deposit or damage waiver purchased.
Beach Haven is New to the rental market and boasts TVs in every bedroom and new furniture! Beach Haven is a beautifully finished beach house just steps from the Sugary White Sand. It is located on the east end of Panama City Beach close to all restaurants and attractions.
The 5 bedrooms are located as follows: 1 bedroom on the first floor and 4 bedrooms and bunk room on the second floor.
Important: This home sleeps 14 in beds - Maximum guests allowed however is 16. You would need to provide your own air mattress or sleeping bags for the additional guests. Room on the couches exist also.
The 1st master suite is located on the first floor (King Bed).
The 2nd Bedroom is a located on the 2nd floor (King Bed).
The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen bed.
The 4th Bedroom has a Queen bed.
The 5th Bedroom has a Queen bed.
There is also a bunk room equipped with a Queen over Queen Bunk Bed and game tables.
The kitchen is well equipped with custom cabinets, granite counter tops, premium appliances, pantry and all the essentials for lovingly preparing meals for the family. The gorgeous new flooring and decorations make you feel like you're in the comfort of your own home.
This is a great home for one large family or two smaller families that care to share the cost of a beach rental.

You must notify property manager if your group does not have a person 25 years of age or older! You will need approval in writing. If a group without a person 25 years of age or older staying at the property, the entire stay rents this property without prior approval of management they will be removed without any refund.
Easy Access: Thomas Drive has the best traffic flow in the area. During the busiest times of spring break and peak summer weeks, Front Beach Road experiences bumper to bumper traffic. From Thomas Drive you can drive anywhere in minutes without the hassle of traffic.
Shopping Nearby: There are 2 major grocery stores and a Super Walmart within 2 miles. Pier Park is an ideal place for shopping and is only a 10–15-minute drive from the house. At Pier Park you will find several major department stores, many outlet stores, specialty stores, unique apparel and jewelry stores, fun activities for the kids, a major 16 theater cinema, and some of the best restaurants in the area.
Fun Activities: Shipwreck Island water park is blast for the whole family in the heat of the summer. Within a very short distance of the house there are several venues for miniature golf, bumper boats, go-karting, sling shot bungee rides, a Ripley's Believe it or Not, and all the beach activities one could ask for. For the golfing enthusiasts, there are 5 public courses within minutes of the house. Signal Hill is just a mile down the road. Holiday Club is about a 12-minute drive and is a little more challenging. For the best golfers, Bay Point, with its 2 courses is about a 10-minute drive, Beach Haven is located in the heart of all your favorite beach activities.

This really is a beautiful and spacious home. It was nice and clean upon arrival. We had an issue with a toilet only once. I called and someone was there from maintenance within 30 minutes or so. Very prompt and courteous. It is a very short walk to the beach. We had a blast and will definitely rent from them again.

Group of 15 of us traveled here for college spring break. Had so much fun! Plenty of room and newly renovated. We enjoyed the pool and heated it for a few days since it was a little chilly. 2 min walk to the beach. Went out for dinner a few times and walked everywhere! Lots of good food and coffee around. We had a really great time and would definitely stay again.
