Groups Ages 18-25 are OK however an additional $750.00 = $1,500 Refundable Security Deposit is required and the End of Stay Cleaning Fee will be an additional $450. Both will be adjusted after you book.
Base Price is for 20 guests add $100 + tax = $112 each 21-35 over age 17
Sleep Safe: All linens and towels are included and are 100% commercially sanitized and disinfected after every stay by System Laundry Management Co.

Exterior Security Surveillance Cameras are positioned in the front and rear on the outside of the house. Front cameras have coverage of the front parking area and front entrances. The rear cameras have coverage of the upper and lower decks, the pool / hot tub areas and the rear entrance. All exterior cameras are offline during every rental period to protect our guests' privacy and cannot be activated remotely. There are no Surveillance Cameras located inside the house.

Host was very responsive and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach, the kids had a blast playing in the sand and in the pool. Having seperated living rooms helped adult have kid free fun while the kids still enjoyed their games/shows.

Best beach house we've stayed at. We wanted casual beachfront digs for us and our dog, and this place delivered. We especially enjoyed the quiet location, beachfront access and extra large space to move around in. The master bedroom balcony offered stunning views, with palm trees swaying in the foreground. The mattresses were squeaky, but comfortable. We slept very well.We appreciate mgmt allowing us to stay an extra night so we could wait for improved road conditions after Winter Storm Fern.

We would rate this house 2 out of 5 stars. Upon arrival, the overall cleanliness was below expectations, we had to wash every single dish/utensil before use and several doors upstairs did not function properly. outside, the decking boards were worn and soft, creating safety hazards. The listing stated that the pool was heated, but the system did not work and the pump/filtration system only ran a few minutes at a time so this caused the pool water to turn green and cloudy making it unuasble and this was especially disappointing for our young children who preferred the pool over the ocean. The hot tub had similar issues. Maintenance was slow to respond and limited in what they could fix, as many of the problems stemmed from the owner's lack of upkeep. Some furniture such as dressers was also in poor condition. For the price we paid we expected the property to feel well cared for however it did not. The home does offer plenty of space for a large group and has beautiful ocean views, but the positives were overshadowed by the maintenance issues. A serious concern was the presence of the cameras inside the home. One was located about 25 feet inside the entryway on the ceiling and another was in the living room. Even though we were told the living room camera did not function their presence made us uncomfortable. As a family with children and teenagers this setup felt like a violation of privacy. Overall, the house has potential but proper maintenance is needed.
