We have stayed at this house at least 5 times in the past. We love the area. The house is located on a quiet street. The house is very spacious for our needs. The house has never been "spotless" when we have stayed there in the past, so we didnt expect it to be. The floors were dirty and the area rugs hadnt been cleaned. In all fairness, we noticed a vacum sweeper in the dumpster and that may have been the reason floors looked so bad. I called the customer service number and was promptly taken care of. I had to call customer service a few times during our stay and was very pleased with the prompt service we recevied. Overall, our stay was very good. We really like staying at this house. Its close to the stores and you can walk to at least one gas station to pick up ice and small items like that. I would recommend this house and we have over the years to people who have stayed in this house. The location seems a little more "tourist like" than before when we used to stay here. The beach is really why we come. There are so many new high rises, it makes the place more comerical. The house is still one of the favorite houses my family and friends enjoy coming to when we go on vacation. We plan on booking this house again. We call it, "Old Faithful".

We would rate this house 2 out of 5 stars. Upon arrival, the overall cleanliness was below expectations, we had to wash every single dish/utensil before use and several doors upstairs did not function properly. outside, the decking boards were worn and soft, creating safety hazards. The listing stated that the pool was heated, but the system did not work and the pump/filtration system only ran a few minutes at a time so this caused the pool water to turn green and cloudy making it unuasble and this was especially disappointing for our young children who preferred the pool over the ocean. The hot tub had similar issues. Maintenance was slow to respond and limited in what they could fix, as many of the problems stemmed from the owner's lack of upkeep. Some furniture such as dressers was also in poor condition. For the price we paid we expected the property to feel well cared for however it did not. The home does offer plenty of space for a large group and has beautiful ocean views, but the positives were overshadowed by the maintenance issues. A serious concern was the presence of the cameras inside the home. One was located about 25 feet inside the entryway on the ceiling and another was in the living room. Even though we were told the living room camera did not function their presence made us uncomfortable. As a family with children and teenagers this setup felt like a violation of privacy. Overall, the house has potential but proper maintenance is needed.
