Sugar Beach D5 is dog-friendly only. No other pets are allowed. Dogs must be disclosed when booking, and the number of dogs must be selected in the guest section of the reservation.
The Signature Destinations pet fee is $225 and is in addition to any pet fees charged by Sugar Beach HOA.
Additional Sugar Beach Condos pet fees:
– 4+ nights: $150 for 1 pet, $200 for 2 pets
– 3 nights or less: $80 for 1 pet, $120 for 2 pets

Our stay over the Fourth of July was absolutely wonderful! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Watching the fireworks from the balcony was the perfect way to celebrate the holiday.
The location couldn’t have been better. Just minutes from great restaurants, shopping, and everything Panama City has to offer. The owners were very responsive, fantastic hosts, and it’s clear they take great pride in their property.
My family and I had an amazing vacation, and we’ll definitely be booking with them again. Highly recommend!

The condo is located in a great location; restaurants, bars, fast food, entertainment are nearby. The condo is a two min walk to the private beach entry gate and the pool area. The condo's amenities are great for families. Very nice and clean complex; they clean the pool and walkways, porch areas daily. Secure property requiring codes to enter and exit all entrances (parking lot, pool, clubhouse, and beach).

Absolutely loved this place, the hosts are AMAZING! It’s such a short walk to the beach, pool, courts, etc. We will definitely stay here again. Best condominium complex we’ve ever stayed at if you don’t like high rise buildings this is the place for you!
