We booked in January 2026 and Christy was amazing, entertaining all my questions and needs. So happy to find a pet friendly, reasonable condo. Communication was excellent and was allowed early check in and in/out was easy. Office had everything ready. Condo was so nice and clean, plenty of room. Comfy beds and 2 balconies. They also had so many supplies, games and beach gear on-site. My family truly enjoyed out stay....just FYI there are steps up to the door and another set from the pool to the beach, definitely got in my exercise.

Nice place. Well stocked with what we needed to cook and take showers. The sofa and love seat were not comfortable to sit on. Downstairs bed is way too firm, slept terrible. The upstairs beds were comfy. The area is a bit noisy since it is the Panama City Beach strip. Had fun feeding the turtles and the fish in the little pond. The pool on property was lovely, and being right on the beach is great. Checking in was confusing, access to the property was confusing. It would help to get the access info a week ahead of check in so I could print it and read it over. If the owner sent it the same day I traveled, I never got it. I never did find the email from the owner that gave me the code to the front door to get in to condo or how to use the access panel. Fees were excessive by VRBO and the pet fee was excessive by the Sugar Beach condo complex. I thought the cost and the fees were too high, then if you cancel, there is a cancel fee. Too expensive to stay there again.
