Lovely property, the best we have stayed in.
We were a party of five adults, which was OK with the three bathrooms.
However the sofas only seat 4 unless you like to sit very close to one another.
Smart TV
The top floor bedroom has a restricted head height.
You need to take care when you exit the bathroom on the first floor to go back into the bedroom. I nearly fell down the stairs as the top of the stairs can be mistaken for the bedroom! (it was dark and I was half asleep) Also the entrance to the bedroom is restricted by the sofa.

The house is perfectly located in the centre of Ambleside. It was ideal for our visit. The sauna was a great bonus and a fun way to relax after a days hard walking. We also liked the complimentary prossecco and tea, coffee and milk supplied.
We could have done with instructions for the Sonos sound system.

Fantastic location. Right in the centre of Ambleside yet felt quite secluded. Parking great. Close to all amenities but also possible to walk straight from the door.
No problems at all except not dog friendly which means we probably won't stay there again unfortunately as this was an unusual trip for us without our four legged friend.

Everything was perfect. No issues from start to finish. Amazing location with 2 x parking spaces (garage not for long cars)
