Cicha okolica, zamknięte okno dodatkowo wygłusza na sto procent, spokojni sąsiedzi, spokojna ulica, zielono za oknem, chłodno nawet w upalny dzień, blisko tramwajów, blisko rzeki, blisko do bardzo dobrych punktów gastronomicznych, czysto w obiekcie.
Woda wręcz parzyła, możnaby to wyregulować, pokój dość ciemny przez układ drzew na zewnątrz i balkon nad oknem - warto mieć na uwadze jeśli lubi się dużo światła, brak światła nad lusterkiem - przez to że pokój jest zacieniony a w łazience jest tylko ogólne światło to trzeba się trochę namęczyć przy malowaniu.

Die Lage war super 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu Altstadt, sonst paar Minuten zu nächsten Straßenbahn Haltestelle. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr schön, sauber und groß für eine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung.
Das Bett war bisschen hart aber nicht so schlimm. Der Fernseher war bisschen langsamer und man konnte nur YouTube abspielen. Für mich persönlich war das nicht all zu schlimm.

W dniu zameldowania w obiekcie nie było papieru toaletowego, dostarczono go następnego dnia. W kamienicy trwał remont, który był nieznośnie głośny. Skrzypiące łóżko, głośna lodówka, lokal jest na parterze, więc odgłosy ulicy docierały do środka. Łazienka nie była porządnie wysprzątana. Przed przyjazdem byliśmy uprzedzeni o kontroli elektryczności w mieszkaniu i potrzebie udostępnienia lokalu na ten czas, została nam zaproponowana zniżka 10%, która finalnie nie została uwzględniona w cenie końcowej.
