Struttura e location molto accogliente clima caldo.
Servizi igienici, un solo bagno troppo piccolo, vi era una presa di corrente sul wc anche malandata.
Divano non ci si poteva sedere in quanto era un divano letto e si apriva ogniqualvolta ci si sedesse sopra. Copri divano sporco. Al piano superiore il soppalco era molto ma molto basso bisognava camminare in ginocchio, inoltre il copriletto della materasso era sporco quasi nero. Nel locale cucina non vi era neanche uno scottex per pulirsi le mani . Un solo asciugamano dato dalla struttura per fare doccia, asciugarsi le mani, asciugarsi la faccia tappetino per il bagno inesistente.
