The price is good, the location is right near town hall square, everything is reachable by foot, the host is easy to communicate, gave clear directions on how to get in.
A bit noisy, cause of trams, and a bit of hygiene problem, could be cleaner, the photos dont really match up with reality

location is the best, especially for gastro tours, the variety of different kitchens is amazing and most of the restaurants has rating more than 4.5
the smell in the bedroom is disgusting, they should do something, maybe that’s because of the mattress and be careful to open the window as there are many pigeons out and they makes a loud sound all the time, especially in the morning
