It was pretty straight forward for the key retrieval, but take note you will need to climb up to 6th floor to retrieve the key in order to activate the lift. Will be a problem if you are travelling alone with no one taking care of your luggage.
Other than having to climb up to 6th floor to retrieve the key during first day, it need to be noted that there is still a bit of stairs to carry luggage across (up/down) to reach the lift, take note for those with pram or heavy luggage.

The apartament was nice, comfortable beds and great location
There was no oven or microwave in the flat, and no brush either. The stay was nice all together but the apartment not well equipped. We struggled with finding parking as it only was on street and paid parking.
