The apartment was wonderful! Everything was new, clean, and very well maintained. It was especially convenient to have two separate toilets. The balconies faced different directions, offering beautiful views from all sides. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.
The area can be quite noisy in the evening, with a constant background hum. While it is quiet early in the morning, it was difficult for children to sleep with the windows open.
Also, the beach nearby was disappointing, with a lot of garbage and a rocky entrance to the water, so it is not suitable for a comfortable beach holiday. Of course, this is not related to the apartment itself.

great apartment for bigger groups - it has 4 balconies, where you can find that? 😊 private secure parking with barrier.
very good location - Palermo historic centre 15 minutes away with a tram which is just 3min walk from the building. there is bakery, ice cream shop and very good restaurant within short walk.
area itself is quite interesting but it’s true italian vibe all around.
Simona was great help - our friends flight was delayed and this pushed our check in time an hour further. she greeted us the minute we arrived with no issues for inconvenience!😊

Apartament jest płożony na V piętrze i ma boczny widok na morze ,łóżka są bardzo wygodne, blisko jest tramwaj nr 1, którym dojedziesz do centrum miasta. W pobliżu jest kilka sklepów ze świeżymi rybami i owocami morza oraz cukiernia i sklep spożywczy .
słabe wyposażenie kuchni , brak dobrej patelni by przyrządzić sobie te świeże ryby , które można kupić w pobliskich sklepach lecz najbardziej uciążliwe dla nas było posiadanie jednej karty do wejścia ponieważ podróżowaliśmy w dwa małżeństwa o różnych preferencjach do spędzania czasu i posiadanie jednej karty ograniczało nas bardzo .
