Casa Erasmo

We stayed in a spacious apartment on the first floor, with lift access. It has two well sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a generous living room. Air conditioning is available in every room, and the property was clean throughout. Our host, Pierluca, was polite and patient. Although we arrived quite late, he waited for us and provided all the information needed for a smooth and comfortable stay. The apartment is approximately a 25-minute walk from the old town centre. There is ample parking available and it is easy to park. The location also feels very secure.

A little bit noisy in the morning (week days) there's a construction site next to the apartment. Sometimes there's a smell in bathrooms probably from the sewage.

Modern big apartment with all you need for vacation in Sicili / Palermo. Trips / beaches in Modello / Capaci are the best. Parking without issues, always possible to park for free beside the house. Across the street is local bakery, so every morning fresh local pastry.

Beautiful, large apartment. Very well located and walkable to many of the main sights. The owner was there to greet me even at the late hour, and was charming and very helpful. I will definitely return and highly recommend it.
