Beautiful, large apartment. Very well located and walkable to many of the main sights. The owner was there to greet me even at the late hour, and was charming and very helpful. I will definitely return and highly recommend it.

Il mio soggiorno in Casa Erasmo è stato semplicemente eccellente. Fin dal primo momento ho percepito un’atmosfera accogliente e curata, dove ogni dettaglio è pensato per garantire comfort e tranquillità.
Gli ambienti sono puliti, ordinati e arredati con gusto, capaci di far sentire subito a proprio agio. La posizione è strategica e permette di muoversi facilmente, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.
Un aspetto che ho particolarmente apprezzato è stata l’attenzione verso l’ospite: disponibilità, cordialità e professionalità hanno fatto davvero la differenza. È evidente la cura e la passione dedicate alla gestione della struttura.
Un soggiorno che ha superato le aspettative. Consigliatissima per chi cerca qualità, relax e un’accoglienza autentica.

Très bel appartement, spacieux, 4 balcons, il ne manque rien, tout est prévu pour passer un séjour parfait (beaucoup de produits disponibles de nettoyage, de douche ainsi que du café, sel, épices, tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner, même une balance de cuisine etc...)
Très belle décoration, accueil plus que chaleureux, plusieurs attentions de bienvenue, Pierluca nous a laissé les clés en personne puis a été joignable chaque fois pour tout renseignement. Photos conformes au logement.
L'appartement est quasi neuf, on peut se garer facilement juste en dessous, gratuit, ascenseur pratique.
Quartier hors ZTL et le centre est facilement atteignable à pieds, sinon possibilité de poser la voiture au dessus du grand parc à côté(hors zone ZTL).
Plusieurs boutiques en face.
Petite vue mer très agréable, pas de bruit de circulation, confort extra du canapé et de la literie.
Un des meilleurs logements sur Palerme!
Il n'y a que des logements de vacances dans tout l'immeuble, ça ne dérange pas quand les gens du dessus ne sont pas bruyants.
