We are on the closest street to the beach in Sawgrass Country Club gated community. Our condo is located on 2 EAST fairway. We purchased this condo almost 16 years ago and have enjoyed sharing it with others. We are members of the country club so our guests enjoy beach parking privileges. This is a private,, gated community. Extremely quiet. No parties!
