The open living and dining area is shaped by large windows that frame the ocean, filling the space with natural light. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Wifi, and a dedicated workspace allow you to balance relaxed days with the option to take care of remote work when needed. A 30-day minimum stay supports comfort and routine, while a TV with standard cable offers simple downtime at the end of the day. With a private entrance, you can retreat fully into your oceanfront surroundings.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms and three beds accommodate up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony, letting you wake to the sight and sound of the water. In the second bedroom, two full-size beds and its own balcony access provide flexibility for families or groups. Each room is arranged to support restful nights and longer stays.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen includes full-size appliances and the essentials for preparing meals at home. The nearby dining table serves as a natural gathering space for shared meals or for planning the day ahead. The open flow between the kitchen and living areas keeps routines easy and intuitive, especially during extended stays.

Outdoor living
Balcony spaces offer uninterrupted views of the shoreline, inviting you to step outside for a moment of quiet or linger as the light shifts across the water. The ocean remains a constant presence just beyond your door, whether you're taking in the morning breeze or unwinding after a day exploring the coast.

Convenience & essentials
A washer and dryer support extended visits, and bathroom essentials and bed linens are provided. Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Heating and cooling options ensure comfort throughout changing coastal conditions.

Parking & location
Free parking is available on the premises, including garage parking for two vehicles. Guests also have access to a community pool, offering another way to enjoy time outdoors. Set along Ponte Vedra Beach, the condo places you close to the shoreline while remaining removed from busier areas.
