You're only a few steps away from having your feet in the sand in this condo that was completely renovated in 2023! Beach décor, new furniture and a fully renovated condo is yours to enjoy! Located in the gated Sawgrass Country Club, you will have access to a private beach that only club members enjoy. Take a walk on the white sand, check out the million dollar homes surrounding the beach or surf a few waves. Whatever you choose, you'll love that you chose to stay here.
Your experience is our #1 focus and we've filled your visit with lots of amenities and extras. Whether using the provided beach chairs and towels on the beach, hanging out at the pool, enjoying the screened in private patio, using our ultra high speed internet or vegging out watching 350+ channels on the big screen - You'll be sure to have a fun and relaxing time! We even have an electric fireplace for those cold (albeit rare) nights.
We've taken care to ensure you have every essential you need while you're here and we take priority in ensuring everything is clean and fresh for your arrival. Please be aware that the private amenities for the Sawgrass Country Club are not accessible to vacationers (golf, tennis, restaurant, etc.), but if you're having an extended stay of 1 month or more, we can help you coordinate access to these amenities if you wish. We'll also provide a list of local favorites and popular destinations upon your arrival. If you have any questions, special requests or would like to discuss pricing discounts for extended stays, please reach out to us! No request is too big or small - We want to ensure you have a special time here.
Damage Protection/Property Fee: We don't believe you should be required to pay the $60 accidental damage protection or put down a $1500 security deposit, so we charge a nominal $13 property fee to cover the cost of accidental damage insurance that we purchase with a 3rd party for each booking and only require a small refundable deposit. You end up saving at least $45!

Property Location
Located in Ponte Vedra Beach, and just steps away from the beach. You will be in a gated community and have access to a nice boardwalk onto the beach. Our beach condo is less than 3 miles to TPC, 14 miles from UNF, 15 miles from St. Johns Town Center and 22 miles from St. Augustine.
Checkin time is 4pm and checkout is 10am. There are occasions where this is flexible and if you contact us in advance we'll be sure to let you know if it's possible to check in earlier, or out later.
Pets
We allow 1 small pet (under 30lbs) which will require an additional $75 cleaning fee for the stay.

This condo was so nice, extremely clean with all the extra touches of home. Friendly residents greeted us. Our old pup enjoyed it too. We’d definitely recommend this property.

The condo was perfect. Great location and the unit is open and with lots of light, nicely decorated and fully equipped. We appreciated the extra touches that were provided such as hand soap, etc. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Sawgrass. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sun and sand every day. The condo itself was beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy vibe that instantly made us feel at home.Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided, from fully stocked kitchen essentials to beach gear and extra linens. It’s clear the owners put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming and relaxing space.The only minor hiccup was some scheduled maintenance to the outside facilities, which limited access for about half a day. However, the owner was incredibly proactive and transparent, keeping us informed in advance and even providing complimentary bottles of wine as a thoughtful gesture. Their communication really made a difference and showed a true commitment to hospitality.Overall, this was a fantastic rental experience, and we’d absolutely stay here again!
