This single-story condo offers a calm, well-equipped base for up to four guests, whether you're here for golf, a visit to the Mayo Clinic, or simply a change of pace. Sorry, No pets.
 
The space
Vaulted ceilings and large windows fill the interior with natural light, and the layout flows naturally from the living area into the enclosed Florida room overlooking the second fairway. That extended space is equally suited to a quiet morning read, a focused work session, or a slow coffee while the course comes alive below. A flat screen TV with standard cable and WiFi keep you connected, and a dedicated workspace means those blending leisure with remote work are well catered for.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The primary suite features a king bed with direct access to the Florida room, giving it a settled, private feel. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, well suited for children or additional guests. Two full bathrooms - each with a bathtub - serve the space comfortably.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is set up and ready to use, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a complete set of dishes and cookware. A dining table for four sits just off the kitchen, with further seating at the breakfast bar. The in-unit washer and dryer add a welcome layer of convenience for longer stays.
 
Outdoor & community access
Guests have access to the community pool and clubhouse throughout their stay. Tee times at TPC Sawgrass can be booked independently, as can time at The Yards - which also offers tennis and pickleball. Two complimentary parking spaces and a private entrance make every arrival and departure easy.
 
Neighborhood
Set within Sawgrass Country Club, the condo sits in a well-maintained residential setting with local dining, shopping, and area attractions nearby. TPC Sawgrass and the Mayo Clinic are both within easy reach, making this an equally strong fit for golf-focused visits and extended stays alike.
 
Please note
This property is located within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club. Club amenities are private - guests have access to the community pool and the beach access point only. There is no parking at the beach access point.

-No pets allowed.
-Sawgrass Country Club is a private, member-only club. Guest access is Not Included.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return it along with a photo ID that matches your reservation to finalize your booking.
