Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms provide privacy for families or small groups. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, a 32" HDTV, and direct access to the private balcony overlooking the lake. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, its own private bathroom, a 19" HDTV, and closet space for longer stays. With two full bathrooms upstairs and an additional half bath on the main level, the layout allows everyone to settle in comfortably.
Outdoor living
Enjoy peaceful lake views from multiple spots throughout the home. The private balcony off the primary bedroom offers a quiet place to start or end your day, while the screened sunroom provides a breezy space for relaxing with a book or conversation. Guests also have access to a community pool within the neighborhood.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including major appliances and a coffee maker for easy mornings. An open layout connects the kitchen and dining area, where the dining table seats six and creates a welcoming place to gather for meals or plan the day’s activities.

The home includes Wifi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an in-unit washer and dryer for added comfort during short or extended stays. Additional conveniences include a private entrance, free parking on premises, and home safety features such as a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Condo is in a great location with a beautiful view of a lake - easy walk to the beach which is awesome. Place is a little dated . Too many artificial floral arrangements in home . Bathrooms are basic and small. Not of fan of carpeting in a beach rental. Overall it was a good stay .

We enjoyed our stay at Quail Point in Sawgrass! The condo was in really good shape and we had some magnificent sunrises over the pond outside the bedroom.
