Just a short walk from the beach, this condo offers a comfortable place to settle in while exploring Ponte Vedra Beach. Sorry, no pets.

Comfortable seating surrounds the living room fireplace, while large windows fill the space with natural light. Ceiling fans and air conditioning help maintain a comfortable indoor climate year-round. Multiple TVs with standard cable provide entertainment, and wifi allows you to stay connected throughout the stay.
Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and direct access to the screened lanai overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and its own TV, offering a flexible setup for families or friends traveling together. Bathroom essentials and bed linens are provided for added comfort.
Outdoor space
The screened lanai serves as a peaceful place to start the day or unwind in the evening. Overlooking the second fairway of the Sawgrass Country Club East Course, it offers a quiet setting with outdoor seating. Guests also have access to a patio or balcony area and a private entrance to the condo.

Enjoyed our stay here. Place very nice and clean. It would be better if you did not have to get and return keys. Electronic /key pad door locks are the way to go

We had a very good stay at Sawgrass CC. The property was nice and cleaned. Bed is very comfortable. Although, the owner did not leave any dish washer detergent so you on your own for everything you need to clean.
Property management people are nice and lay back.
Overall, we do enjoy the place.
