About this house rental
Old restored farmhouse on one level, in a small hamlet in the countryside, ideal for getting together with your family.
Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation.
Outside you will find a private parking in an interior courtyard, with its small living room. A garden with private heated swimming pool (available from mid-May to mid-September) Petanque court, terrace with table and chairs, charcoal barbecue. All completely enclosed.
Only 1h30 from Paris, 30 minutes from Montargis (its little Venice, and its pralines), 20 minutes from Pithiviers (and its fondant), 45 minutes from Orléans, 30 minutes from Nemours, 10 minutes from the A19 motorway.
5 minutes from super U beaune la rolande, and its drive and aldi.
For the house part, you will find a beautiful living room with TV, Internet an equipped kitchen, oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, senseo pod coffee maker....

For the night part, there are 4 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, they are all air-conditioned, 5 bathrooms. 2 WC
the house does not have any functions
sheets are provided as well as towels (included in the price)

Cleaning is to be paid on site: 120 €
rental is for a minimum of 2 nights. No entry and exit on Saturdays, unless rented by the week.
