About this house rental
Located in the Centre region in Briare, a quiet and tourist-friendly town on the banks of the Loire, this charming house enjoys a superb location at the marina, on the Briare Canal, just 2 minutes from the Loire River and its rugged banks, as well as the famous Eiffel Bridge.
Across the way, next to the lake: the municipal swimming pool with a sauna, hammam, a hot tub, and municipal tennis courts. Boat and bicycle rentals.
Many hikers and cyclists. Fishing, swimming, and picnics on the banks of the Loire. Sightseeing boat tours on the canals.
The garden to the east, south, and west is fully enclosed, making it ideal for large lunches or dinners, barbecues, and outdoor games.
Very spacious and comfortable interior, very cheerful and bright with high ceilings.
Many board games for adults and children, foosball, and ping-pong.
Rooms are prepared upon arrival. All household linens are provided.
Parties and pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements are made before booking.
On foot: Local shops 3 minutes away and a train station (Paris-Nevers line) 12 minutes away.
By car: 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes

First floor: 1 sofa, 1 desk seat (only for guests with reduced mobility or upon request)
First Floor: 10 beds + 2 children’s beds, either:
- 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed
- 1 bedroom: 1 double bed (or 2 single beds) + 1 single bed
- 1 bedroom: 1 double bed + 1 single bed
Second Floor / Attic: 4 beds, either:
- 1 bedroom: 1 double bed + 2 single beds.
Price excluding fees:
Weekend: 800 € €
3 days: 1,000 € €
4 days: 1,200 €
5 days: 1,350 € €
6 days: 1,500 € €
Week: 1, 600 € €
+ Charges:
EDF, GDF, and HAE charges based on the supplier’s current rates, calculated according to meter readings upon arrival and departure.
Additional heating package for the living room stove: 0 to 60 euros depending on consumption / length of stay
Mandatory cleaning fee: 120 euros
Deposit 1,000 €
50% deposit upon booking.
Mandatory insurance payable upon arrival.

Notre séjour à 10 amis dan cette maison su r le bord du canal de Briare a été extra ; une maison bien adaptée aux 5 couples, grande, conviviale, lumineuse, jardin parfait pour les apéros et les parties de palet breton...! chaudement recommandée.

Maison bien configurée et très agréable pour séjourner avec une grande famille même les jours de pluie.
Situation idéale, au pied des commerce et des circuits de promenades.
