About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this former school for rent in Oizon. It is partially air-conditioned, has a floor area of 301 m² and can accommodate up to 15 guests. It comprises a lovely 76 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, six bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath), and a garden of around 300 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 76 m² living area with a TV, sofas, a fireplace (wood provided) and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: two single beds
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed and a single bed
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 4: master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom (with bath, shower and separate toilet)
- Bedroom 5: a bunk bed and two single beds
- Bedroom 6: two single beds
- Two shower rooms
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A beautiful, private and enclosed garden of 300 m²
- A swimming pool (unheated) measuring 10 m² and 1.20 m deep. Open from 15 May to 15 September. Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions.

The house is ideally situated in Oizon, in a very pleasant setting. Just 10 km away, you’ll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- Explore the village of Oizon or Henrichemont
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private outdoor car park (3 spaces).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Bourges, approximately 43 km away
- Nearest airports: Tours Val de Loire and Paris Orly, approximately 180 km away
Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- The fireplace is in working order; wood is provided
- Pets are welcome free of charge. One pet only (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking
- Air conditioning is available in 3 of the 4 rooms on the upper floor.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming.
