Ground floor: large living room with a dining and living area, fitted kitchen with a range cooker, one bedroom for 2 people with a private bathroom (shower), and a separate toilet.
First floor: 3 bedrooms for 2 people, 1 bedroom for 3 people, 2 bathrooms (bathtub) with 2 doors leading to 1 of the bedrooms and the hallway, 2 toilets, one of which is separate.
Second floor: 1 family room for 4 people, particularly suitable for children, 1 bathroom (shower), and 1 separate toilet.
Oil-fired central heating.
Enclosed green space with lawn, garden furniture set on the gravel terrace, barbecue.
Shared above-ground swimming pool (7 x 3 m, 1.2 m high), unheated, available from July to October depending on weather conditions. (See owner).
Communal fishing pond 200 m away (access fee).
Bourbon l'Archambault, 12 km, Souvigny 12 km. Vieure lake 10 km.
